Practices
Missionaries practice teaching each other the doctrines of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ just as they will teach them to investigators in the mission field.
Class Instruction
The Lima CCM is blessed to have outstanding teachers, all of whom have recently completed their own missions. They teach and model effective teaching techniques, help newly-called missionaries understand gospel doctrines, and they teach Spanish to missionaries whose native tongue is something other than Spanish.
Computer Labs and Language Learning

Technology Assisted Language Learning (a computer program known as TALL) is employed at the Lima CCM to give additional opportunities for practice to those missionaries who are learning Spanish. In addition, whenever possible, each non-Spanish speaking elder or sister is assigned a native Spanish-speaking full-time companion.
Physical Activity
Los misioneros realizan actividades deportivas de lunes a sábado, en donde se fortalecen física y anímicamente. El CCM consta de las instalaciones necesarias para llevar a cabo estas actividades, contamos con campos de fútbol, volley y básquet.
Service Activities
On a weekly basis, each missionary helps with basic facility maintenance. The full-time maintenance team organizes and directs the work, and the results are a beautiful CCM and happy missionaries.
Proselyting Activities
During their training period at the CCM, the missionaries have several opportunities to go into the community to teach the gospel. They gain experience and, subsequently, confidence in their own abilities to call upon divine assistance as they bring the light of the restored gospel to the wonderful individuals and families whom they serve and teach.
Temple Attendance
Missionaries normally visit the Lima Temple at least twice during their time at the CCM.
Practices with Visiting Youth Groups
The missionaries frequently teach the Young Men and the Young Women from the surrounding stakes of the church. Youth leaders are invited to arrange visits to the CCM where their young members can learn about missionary work by seeing the facilities and by assuming the role of investigators for the benefit of the new missionaries.
